Here’s a sauce that’s cool and hot at the same time (thanks to yogurt and hot sauce) and that smells just faintly like ranch-flavored Doritos. It’s also quite easy to make if you have the ingredients on hand. It’s tasty on pasta, rice, and vegetables, or as a dip for chips.
Ingredients
13 ounces (2 cans) chopped cooked clams, drained
1 cup plain unsweetened nonfat yogurt
5 tablespoons minced onions
10 drops hot sauce (plus or minus, depending on your desire for heat.)
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

Stir together all the ingredients and it’s ready to eat!
