Integrity
We use fixed-price written contracts and written and defined-scope change orders. Our payment schedule is in the project contract. Progress payments are tied to defined project milestones. Our payment invoices are itemized.

DONE ON BUDGET AND ONE DAY EARLY! The final product is AMAZING! Even the city inspectors were commenting on the quality of the tile work, and the shower is unbelievably beautiful, but so is the floor, toilet, sink, cabinet, etc. All the items are top quality.
