Teak & Travertine

In this master bathroom remodel we tore out an unused old jetted tub and replaced it with an extra large travertine shower complete with a dressing area. We added a trio of privacy glass windows between the shower and vanity rooms to bounce more light around the windowless bathroom, as well as add an interesting design element. Over the years we remodeled the other two bathrooms in this client’s home (two pictures included at the end of the slide show), as well as the kitchen and several outdoor spaces.

Project Elements

We used glass mosaic tile accents to tie the vanity and shower rooms together. We built custom black mirror frames to echo the frames of the aluminum Milgard windows. We offset the shower valve next to the entrance to the shower to allow it to be turned on without spraying the occupant.
