Midcentury Mint

We remodeled this bathroom in a mid-century modern style home. We enlarged the bathing area from a cramped square shower stall to the tub/shower with tiled surround shown. The original toilet was oddly positioned in a small 3-sided niche facing the opposite wall. So, we rotated the toilet 90 degrees and centered it in the niche so that it faced comfortably towards the open floor of the room. This was complicated by the fact that the bathroom was on a concrete slab, but we have the tools to make this happen. The sconce lights flanking the mirror tie into the mid-century style of the house.
