Plum Tea

This remodel was executed in stages, ultimately resulting in a remodel of the whole house, plus an elaborate indoor pool addition. The design style was heavily influenced by the client’s extensive travels in Asia, with Japanese architecture and minimalism of adornment being particularly influential.

Project Elements

This project is loaded with unique details, which in many cases were designed to look simple or be hidden, in keeping with the client’s goal of minimalism. Many structural changes were made to the home. Elements of this project won two National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Contractor of the Year awards.
